@@BigFry9591 Tsunderes are not idiots, tsunderes are people that are too unsure about their feelings or are too nervous around certain people, to the point where instead of telling someone how they think (or do) feel about them, they resort to just being angry at the person and denying all friendly or romantic interest in them. It is actually very similar to people going through grief. It is easier for them to simply just get angry instead of actually accepting the fact that the person they are grieving about is gone. The same situation with tsunderes, it just replaces grief with love and acceptance with a confession.

This is especially shown in anime, where some characters don't even have any sort of negative story, they just act angry in general. People who accept this behavior aren't in their right mind either. The problem is that anime fans have grown to love Tsunderes. They love the anger they show. They love character post problems. Tell me, what is a tsundere if their problems are solved, and are no longer angry? They are no longer tsunderes. If people want those problems solved, then they don't like tsunderes. If they never want those problems solved, then they do like tsunderes, who are going through problems. Problems, which, they don't want solved.

A Tsundere does not really suffer, they are just confused, no more than any other person uncertain about their feelings toward someone they like. Sure it's not a preferable state of mind, but it is nowhere near as bad as you are making it out to be. Also, we do not like tsunderes because they are angry all the time or because they attacked the person they are confused about, we like them because we can relate to their confusion on how to deal with those emotions. If you have never felt that kind of way about someone, then I am sorry, but it is a very common thing, and a lot of people do relate to it. They are not mentally incapable, they are just normal people unsure of themselves. As you said, they are only acting angry, they aren't actually mad most of the time. Anger is a very simple emotion when compared with love, so it's natural for some people to try to vent their feelings in any way they can. People who are "accepting" this behavior are accepting it because they realize that this person just needs to go through the emotions and figure things out, and in their current state of mind, addressing the issue could make it worse if it comes from the wrong person. They could also be accepting of this because no matter how the ones close to you may act, you still know that they care about you. Humans are never perfect at communicating their feelings, tsunderes just take it a bit too far. They are not mentally hindered, they are not in pain, they are just confused.
