I would say resource characters are a sub variant of main archetype class. Like happy chaos is a zoner, but also is a resource character. Nago is kind of a rush down, but you better be careful

If I remember correctly I think Eddventure classified him as a GIMMICK character (he also mentioned that all guilty gear characters are gimmick characters that's why I made that joke at the end). I want to say he's a trick/trap character, but he also has other tools in his kit that could classify him as other archetypes. Kind of hard to pin down what I think of him

Then there's me. In Strive I play seriously only three characters. In order I play Potemkin because no matter what, I'm a bitch of grapplers in any fighting game, then there's Baiken because funky moves are funny and I like Parry as I like command grab, and then my official main: Testament, one of the few mains that use that fucking teleport, because teleport it's cool. Three characters so different that can say I'm a psycho (Also, I actually played all Strive Character and know their Inputs, because I crave *knowledge* )

You forgot to add: 1.waifu characters - these players only play female characters, but are all secretly married and/ or have fulfilling lives outside of gaming 2. low health/ boss characters - players who suffer from diabetes and continuually add sugar to their coco puffs because always being so close to death is the only way truly live 3. boxer characters - nerd players who disassoiate themselves from grappler cousins because they want to be accepted by wamen, but they always end up in the friend zone. 4 technicals characters - math prodgies who want to see the world burn by only bringing annoying characters to tournaments that forces you to keep track of all of their resources in order to counter their assault
