Ahhhh,almost clear like diluted tea..The prep does this and I'll get to experience that yet again next month. Not seen any really weird colors except yellow diarrhea once in awhile..Speaking of the prep,could you do one on why certain kinds of prep are used? An example would be the worst one I had was the 4 liters of the Atlantic ocean prep. I get Suprep this time...Also,are you offering the eatable prep yet? Sneaky,but effective I'd say! :)

I have dark brown stool, its sometimes dark and brown- very rarely is it just a normal brown. Its been an issue for a long, long time. I'm quite certain that it could be an ulcer or cancer or bleeding somewhere in my intestines but I don't know for sure. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow and its probably not going to be good news. I've had hemorrhoids off an on for years too. I was hoping maybe you had some information about that?

I wish people would listen to their body more. The last year i have fought with doctors and having bowl issues well they told me it was all in my head, well i finally got amazing pmc and got sent to a gi doctor, i had my colonoscopy done and he found cancer, i was sent to lewis cancer center and within a week was told i have stage 3 colorectal cancer. I am 27 years yeara of age trying my best to figure out how to prove to insurance companies that there shouldn't be an age (45) to have a colonoscopy, i love watching your youtube because it is very educational and i love that! I know have a colostomy bag and here within a month will be having surgery. 2 weeks ago was the end of my radiation and chemo. I'm hoping and praying my colon can be saved! Thanks for sharing on this topic! To add to this, a recent trend has been to do the blue poop challenge using blue-dyed muffins to determine colon transit time, which can indicate how healthy the gut is. These recipes, however, tend to have ingredients that are not great for gut health (sugar, refined wheat, food dyes, etc.). Instead, to check colon transit time, you can use organic corn or beets! Just consume 1/2 - 3/4 cup of either organic corn or beets. You will see corn in the stool because our bodies aren't able to break it down all the way. If you eat beets, you will see red in your stool! So write down the date and time that you start seeing the food in your stool, and the date and time that it stops. Then, figure out how much time is in-between those dates and times. Normal transit time is 12-24 hours!

Also I'd really be interested in a video on bowels?/guts? and menstruation. If that's within your field. There's a bunch of things that really confused me till I started to figure my body out. Examples: going through constipated over normal to diarrhoea in one session or day Going through pains when pooping and getting really confused about it because I figured out much later that it's that time of the month again. The incredible link between stomach and head. 🤯 I've had a whole while of having headaches and dizziness going on. It took a while and some stronger migraine and vomiting till I saw my doctor in complete confusion. Until he taught me they're connected. I'm living a ton better since I know that any stomach problems can cause pressure and muscle tension that then can lead to headache and dizziness. Now I swiftly take care of that n go relax immediately before it grows into headache or migraine. Especially during menstruation when everything is at high alert and screaming "inflammation" at me!

Green poop usually isn't serious,the worst case is that you lack bile which happens when your body digests food to quickly.Sometimes the bile amount turns back to normal,which lets the stool turn normal color again(this may take hours to days).However,if green stool with no known cause occurs for about 3 or more days,it might be best to see a doctor

It’s going to be ok, I don’t know who you are but know that the fact that something weird happens to your body doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. Sometimes your body does weird things for no reason, if you worry about it then your body will make you feel like all sorts of things. For an example, if I act sick, my brain will make me feel sick even though I’m not. Mind over power, everything will be ok. 🦋

You didn't say much about the orange muddy colour and causes.Could you share more, I have read that it could be to do with not enough bile salts. I'm not in any pain, nor shed any weight. I did go to see the gastroenterologist but I wasn't impressed with him, so refused the dangerous colonoscopy because the prep is toxic and can destroy my gut flora.
