No More Room in Hell 1 has an achievement called "Manhattan Project" where you need to kill around 5.2 or 5.6 million zombies. That takes ages too, when you can kill around 30-40 per game

For the community edition: "Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War" has "There Is Only War: Kill 40000 units." Currently it is held by 1.1% of players. "Zephon" by the same developer and in the same engine has "Grimmer Darkness: Kill 40001 units." Currenlty 0%, as it just came out. And those are actual units - not just single soldiers from a squad.

See also, the "Proudly Unhinged" achievement in 'Carmageddon: Max Damage'. You could win races by splatting all the peds on a map in the original games, but achievements hadn't been invented yet. Well now you can earn one in this soft reboot!

That Bison achievement is specifically depressing considering that it happened in real life to cut the meat supply the indigenous population had in order to exterminate them. I’m happy to know that with the world going to hell humans would likely disappear like the Bison did.

here one more for you: one of my favorite games! Carmageddon: Max Damage. Trophy "Proudly Unhinged" you have to finish one of the Classic Carma races by killing all the Pedestrians. And be careful not to respawn them!!!

Do keep in mind if you use a cheat in spore you get an achievement and then it disables achievements.

Dragon Age origins, Blight Queller. Kill 1000 Darkspawn. A few things about this agreement is how to get it is different on every console. For instance on Xbox It has to be your character to kill. The other problem is there's not 1,000 darkspawn in the playthrough, So in order to get this achievement you would have to reload certain parts of the game.
