Well Said, Kane is a prime example of what a LEGENDARY wrestler is all about. I have never heard anything bad about him from ex-wrestlers or reporters alike. Its also been reported that he doesn't mind losing to new wrestlers as he understands the need to help them grow both in popularity and experience. Too many are too obsessed with their image to understand that the industry isn't just about them.

I'd say a pretty big one was that the Kane character originally had one eye (he lost the other in the fire) Paul Bearer cut a promo about it while Kane stood there with one eye closed and covered in black paint. His eye has since grown back.

Kane has gone on record that it was hard to wrestle with the mask, he felt he had gone as far as he could with it, and he didn't want to keep emoting with just body language. So, yeah. He couldn't wrestle with it anymore. The full-face masks cut off oxygen in his face, making it difficult to breathe & the half-face mask kept slipping, thus obscuring his vision as he wrestled in it. So he had to unmask for his own good. The fact that he was ruined before it (see Katie Vick) and from thereafter (following the Shane feud, Unmasked Kane was SHIT) was ENTIRELY the fault of mishandled booking.
