Maybe you should try the mission on a bike. I drove up all the way to Anthony's room on NRG 900 bike, cops didn't start shooting and just slammed life-support machine with my bike. Was arrested while waiting for sliding doors to open on the way out.

I actually cannot express how much I love GTA IV, for me, it's the ultimate GTA game. Most people choose San Andreas over IV, but for me IV is my favourite all time rockstar game. I hope one day rockstar get their finger out and remaster the game, as long as Grove Street Games have no say in the matter, and the dedicated part of the rockstar teams make it, I'll pay 100 damn dollars for it. A PS5 remake with performance and fidelity modes, updated textures, haptic feedback, dualsense trigger functions, all dlc's in one with updated lighting and no awful high speed motion blur... That is my wet dream right there.

Having Dwayne's helpers by your side is incredibly helpful for the missions requiring you to kill someone which is pretty much almost all of them in GTA4, which is the reason why I like 4 better than 5.

I can’t believe GTA 4 came out in 2008 & it’s still an awesome, good looking game to play. There are some timeless classics & this is one of them. I hope GTA 6 is similar to 4 as far as interactive activities goes. For example: dating & going online to the dating sites, having girlfriends, fighting characters with them fighting back & without them getting killed on the first hit, going bowling, out to eat, darts, pool, air hockey, golfing, bars, etc. Having night clubs that you can go into & dance with girls & then hook up with them like in TBoGT, the fight club was pretty cool, going shopping course like buying new outfits, jewelry, getting to choose haircuts & tattoos, if they could bring back entering cheats by typing the number in on your cellphone that would be more convenient. I do like how you can interact with & take home the strippers in GTA 5 though. Actually show the cutscene when taking home girls, maybe be able to actually go inside some girls places. There’s a lot more I could add but this is all I could think of as this moment. If they added these things GTA 6 would be amazing.

I wish gta 4 had silent knife executions. By the way, I managed one. Remember mission in the strip bar, when you have to kill 3 guys? Yeah, I came into the room where one of em was counting money, so I killed him with a knife and nobody heard. May consider it to be a silent execution. But I had to stab him about 7-8 times with a knife, though. But that looked awesome. I wish I recorded that...

From every time I have played this mission, I’ve always managed to avoid getting into a shootout. As soon as Niko walks back to the lobby (doctor option) when the police are finally then alerted, I then get him to leg it outside and into a waiting car, then down the road to the pay ‘n’ spray. Quick and clean.
