I managed to snag an open-box 65-inch LG C3 for a mere 700 dollars at Best Buy in the States, and it’s undoubtedly one of my best purchases to date. I highly recommend that everyone take the time to explore the market for great deals on the LG C and G series TVs. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

i have a 65" TCL C855 ( came from a LG C9 Oled) and the picture quality is simply stunning, the blacks are virtually black and and its so bright it can hurt your eyes in some seens, in HDR everything pops out at you like 3D for the price no other TV can live with it, the downside is the Audio quality doesn't match the picture

I have the OG C7 from 2018 and it has minor bur in. I would never go back to LCD after OLED. The software on all TVs suck but, i like Roku the most and I use it across my multiple devices. I may need to make a video on that point.

@djigood260729 күн бұрын
when you have the oled and you see their advantage exceptional image quality infinitely contrasts the wide viewing angle which exceeds much more than the lcd (mini led ...) so hard to come back

i saw that tcl tv at the tech expo my employer organizes for the employees to come and learn about new products. i was convinced it was an oled TV untill tcl told me it wasn't They achieved the no light bleed/bloom by adjusting the lens cap that sits over the LED making it so it does not Bleed out light into other zones of the panel. this was said to be patented so i dont think we will see mini led displays like this from other brands for now. nonetheless this became one of my favorite TVs xD

Hello. You made a wrong comparison because you placed the TCL TV in a position that was not centered but on its side and this detracts from the mini LED's image because we know that the TCL will lose quality with a non-centered viewing angle. You should place the two TVs side by side and not the way you did.
@danmarm5357Күн бұрын
@@herciomarcos actually side by side will make the cornes/left side of tcl worse. Best case scenario is slightly tilted to the camera
@retouthugues492119 сағат бұрын
I bought the tcl in 75" and surprisingly, this angle doesn't really change colours, it has good quality colours even with a non-centered viewing angle, for a mini led tv (maybe thanks to the OD5). I juste received it yesterday and for the price (1490€), the image is very good. Just too bright to my eyes (i needed to reduce on 10% the power of the back lightning, reduced on medium the local dimming, increased a bit the gamma number and putted on -4 instead of -5 colour temperature, all this in film mode). The image quality is very very good. If the screen was more mate, it would have been close to perfection.

I managed to get my hands on an open-box 65-inch LG C3 for a mere 700 dollars at Best Buy in the United States, and it’s undoubtedly one of my best purchases to date. One thing I’ve noticed when comparing the two TVs in person is that the LG has a superior anti-reflection coating. Although it may not be as bright as the TCL, it’s still bright enough.
@paulnedoiu705016 күн бұрын
I would go miniled any day because of the brightness, the miniled looks amazing when you have sunlight in the room. Oled looks washout when you have sunlight in the room. Also, that extra brightness on the miniled is very nice when watching hdr movies.
@mrt.190314 күн бұрын
You're right if you're using it in a always bright room, I would go for the TCL as well. But in a controlled light environment.. Oled is much better. Hdr is way better on oled, trust mt. Hdr is more complex than just brightness

Funny that the TCL C855 actual is more like a 2025 model. Haven't seen it yet in the wild, only the U8NQ and why is TCL apparently the second most sold TV brand in the world. I Managed to order the TCL 65C855 for a black Friday deal for 889€~ 746£ due to tax only 7.5 in GC. The retailer I bought from (online) is a huge retailer in Spain, they have hundreds of TV's on displays, but not a single TCL to be seen. My conclusion is that the bloody retailers get paid not to advertise TCL. Correct me if I'm wrong, I live in remote Island far from Europe kind of. I think this TCL is going to be even better after some updates and shines with an Nvidia shield, for better upscaling performance.

@torquesporttv907828 күн бұрын
@@nafiskabir4628 so to be clear. Both are going to be amazing however it’s Personal preference and I just prefer the tcl and I’m super happy that it’s considerably cheaper. There’s also so many ways to adapt the picture on both TVs to get the exact picture you want so there’s no real winner unless it’s solely on price. I do think the lg and Samsungs are heavily over priced unless tcl are doing this to get into the market selling at cost to gain market share. Either way it’s a win for customers
