It's always great to listen to an expert. Lately, people tend to just criticize everything Metallica does, and it's so unfair because they have been creating some awesome music, and their lyrics get deeper each new album. What a great channel I've just found!

As a huge Metallica fan- and primarily an old school fan- I have to say the hardwired album is great. I’d put it right up there with ride the lightning and dare I say master. It’s just an over all great album. This is pretty much my favorite song on the album. You really need to do a lot more from hardwired. Metallica truly showed they aren’t just a “has been”. I mean in their 50s and still putting out stuff like this. I can’t wait for another Metallica album!

I’m really enjoying your reactions. Fun new way to enjoy all these classic metal songs! I’m someone that tries to catch every note of every instrument and every drum hit. Most people just listen to the song as a whole which is fine.

I've been waiting for this song to come up forever and you had the exact reaction I was hoping for at the end! It is funny that the phrase "beyond the black" came up because that's another band I'd love for you to react to. :) Their songs "numb" or "dies irae" would be fun starts and a bit different from your usual rock/metal listens.

Patiently waiting for finishing up with Master of Puppets album reactions :D Battery, The Thing That Should Not Be, Leper Messiah and Damage, Inc. :) Hardwired is a good album as well, and I would suggest "Atlas, rise!" as the next reaction if you want to keep reacting to this album (way better song than Halo on Fire imho), but Master of Puppets album is on another level - just a little qoute from wikipedia: "Master of Puppets was hailed as a masterpiece by critics outside of the thrash metal audience and cited by some as the genre's greatest album." just sayin :-P
