12:50 , The reason why the gain is not much when we set the frequency to low is not actually the problem of amplifier. It is rather the problem of Subwoofer system. If we use Low Fs Subwoofer that actually go down to 20hz easily ,then you would like to set this frequency control to the lowest settings without any issues 👍. Actually we also used to think the gain is not much when using normal (30-35hz) subwoofer, it is clear that the amplifier is running at same level but the subwoofer driver is providing higher impedance under low frequencies hence moving less and producing less sound. however, when we switched to SB Acoustics Subwoofer with Fs = 19hz , it is working flawlessly under low frequency settings. 😍 Also you can check by adding a Filter in Simulation software. when setting it to low frequency, the software simulation also shows decreased overall SPL , that's the standard characteristics of low pass filter.

Very good representation of the products Bhai and one thing that I appreciate is that, subwoofer channel issue is seen in most amplifiers like xinyi xy-s350h amplifier and you made it better by informing that it's there in this amplifier tooo,we can't get ultra low frequencies properly from these amplifiers.Keep doing more videos keep rocking..

@WhatIThink how are you Sudhir ji... Nice review as always.. I wanted to have your opinion about the BT20A PRO that I had purchased upon your suggestion, a month and a half back... I did an extensive audio comparison of it with XY-T00L and found that the sinilink amp sounds very well as compared to fosi.. Infact its more clear and the higher frequencies are reproduced much better in XY T100L.. So much so that I have again shifted to it instead of fosi.. The treble response is much better, much clear, much loud yet sweet... I am puzzled as to how this could be... And what are my options to make audio from fosi better so that it suits my kind of taste... I have used same speakers, same volume levels, similar bass and treble levels yet still XY-T00L sounds pretty wide clear and better... Kindly advise Thanks

Once your ears are trained for high bass and treble then return to normal levels are difficult. Keep away the other amp for some time and use only BT20APro. After a long gap again hear both the amps along and decide.

At 4 ohms, limit the wattage to 80w (or less) per channel (add the wattage of each driver per channel).. 100 w per channel is almost reaching the limit.. as a rule of thumb always leave a min of 20% headroom for your amp to run efficiently..

50 w 8 ohm speakers are the best combination you can give this amplifier to get max performance with the supplied power supply.. you do not need a 42w power supply...I use two DIY bookshelf speakers with 47w (mid woofer+tweeter) 8ohm per channel and they sound marvellous with zero distortion even at max volume...

The amp is good as such.. it all depends on how and what kind of speakers you pair it to. go through the TPA3255 datasheet before plugging in some monster speakers expecting amazing output.. your crossover filters also matter..

I didn’t think tpa3255 ic need no more than 5A. I have one, but iam running at 48v 6.5A meanwell supply. But I experienced clipping (only vocal soon) but its only taking 4A max😢 at 4ohm load two channel driven. Input sources from my laptop. Getting only 800mv input. This chip is rated upto 2v input.But at 800mv itself start clipping only vocal.But I don’t have any complaints on sound quality at reasonable volume.I have also a yamaha Rn303 receiver. Compare with that sound quality it decent but much more power on tpa 3255 ic 😊 not too much . Remember on thing yamaha is only rated for 80w rms at 0.2% THD. But tpa 260w rms 1% THD I don’t think so . If this power is claimed by yamaha, then my speaker RIP⚰️

both are different class of products ! I own both.. if you want room shaking bass go for z623 and don't expect audiophile quality music from it.. its just bass bass and bass.. good for gaming too.. if you want quality music output combine the fosi audio with suitable speakers (50w 8ohms max per channel) to enjoy audiophile grade sound output.. saying it from experience.. personally I love the fosi audio for quality music.
