Fusion 360 CNC Table

Model to two level tiered table in Fusion 360. Make each part of the table a separate component in Fusion 360 and lay all of the parts flat for output on a CNC router. Use t-bone fillets and tab construction that are completely invisible in the end product.

For the legs why do you do ply divided by 2? Wouldn’t you either want the legs to be the width of the ply or twice the size of ply ?

That's because I'm centering them on the axis. I'm doing a symmetrical extrude so it's ply divided by two on each side which equals one ply total

Thanks for the video! Your workflow makes things super easy to follow. Just a question on the t bone joints on the legs, I’m probably missing something, but I’m assuming these wouldn’t be needed being that the but can follow the outside angle? I know they would be needed for the inside angle.

Yes, you are correct, as long as the bit can follow an outside corner it can be sharp
