Can I just say I love how honest and open you are to your viewers? 🥹💖 I also have IBS and I’m also severely lactose intolerant. I always carry that Poo-pourri spray, lactaid, and hand sanitizer with me everywhere I go. There’s nothing wrong with still carrying hand sanitizer! Many people eat without washing their hands. I’ll be honest, when I was younger that kind of stuff didn’t cross my mind. But now, every time before I eat I wash or sanitize my hands. I get a cold maybe once a year since doing so! Also since I live close to Disney world, I always see people walk out of the stalls without washing their hands 😂 I see it almost every time I go to the parks!

I always have some type of snack in my bag! My blood sugar likes to drop randomly. And I didn’t know that mint helps with nausea, I have IBS too and it’s such a pain!

Yes mint is known to help with nausea, I always have a peppermint essential oil roll on. I always keep snacks in my car too for that same reason!
