Nice dude. I hope you have fun putting that together. I wanted to buy a strat kit but have been told I’m probably better off buying a classic vibe for the price . If I’m going to properly mod it with pickups , switched pots and tuners.

That's a nice finish by the looks of it. Somebody has been busy buffing that for a while. I do a bit of airbrushing, mostly miniatures, and scale model stuff. Did a petrol tank from a bike, and a helmet before. But they painted up more as ornaments really, and old stuff the m8s had knocking about gathering dust. I don't really know how any of them would do out on the road, and I'm pretty sure aren't to be messed with. But this one was beat up, and not going to be worn out on a bike regardless. It's the same with guitars, been asked a few times to do stuff on them. But again, I wouldn't feel right going at somebody else's guitar, even if it is some ole cheap thing. A blank like this I could have a go at stress-free. If it turns out shite, well it's on me alone. It would be on one of the m8s, or whoever, to actually turn it into a guitar.
