What a crazy time it would have been to be alive, it was very clean and tidy in there, I bet if it was full of people it would be pretty hectic. The night time toilet situation was interesting something we all take for granted...

We definitely do take things for granted. The idea that low income families and those with kids got help from the government would have sounded crazy to the people at the time. Although not perfect im glad we have the world we live in now, especially the en-suite bathrooms haha
