I also suffer from crippling anxiety, but having the daylight longer truly, truly makes a difference at least with my happiness, if not my anxiety

Ghost energy drinks have 300 mg of caffeine so they are. A lot stronger than Alani Nu or Celsius which have 200 mg, also I love the zero sugar monsters which only have 100 mg of caffeine so a lot less stronger, 100 mg is about 1 cup of coffee. We also have the same workout split with our rest days on Thursdays & Sundays. Also I love your channel 😍and I’m Obsessed with Daisy Jones and the Six and the songs have been stuck in my head 💗
