At 6:15 the Stetson, if you put rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and after brushing it good then spray with the alcohol and re shape the hat let dry it will look like new!!! Promise!

Great find Jeremy and George! Oh my comments are for the previous video that you opened his footlocker (i.e., trunk). As a former Marine, I can personally confirm that the items are definitely Marine Corps issue...I have fond memories of that Marine manual, buttons and other military gear. BTW, that camo looking liner that was loose is for the kevlar helmet. It goes on the outside of the helmet. All military gear is worth $$$ so don't throw away if you ever run across them again. This includes uniforms, rank insignia, boots, camo fatigues etc. Great for hiking and camping use too :-) Semper Fi!

10:21, I worked as a Machinist for 20 years and I used Micrometers every day on the job. As the box states, it's a 1 to 2 inch micrometer. It can be used to measure shafts and flat material. The spindle is rusty and it needs to be cleaned off before you use it or it can be damaged.

The cat is a purse hanger, the cat sits on the table, and the hooked tail holds the purse strap. The weight of the purse holds it steady and in place. 14:30 those passes are available for purchase for most tracks. We have them for Daytona, Chicago, and Kansas. Not sure how much collect ability to them you will find for current tracks. If you found one from an old track someone may be willing to pay for them.

Everyone of the sports photographs are sellable on eBay, etc... Those purple stamps o the back of the photos were from labs during the early 1980's They were taken with what would have been a professional, & expensive 35mm camera with a special zoom lens in that era in time back then, say circa 1982 - 1983. They look semi professional photography like this was what the person did as a photographer as a possible job. This is the person's personal photography inventory like a Rolodex back then.

I had a seat in a new grandstand in the infield and with the camera, I had at the time, I got some great photos of the race.

1:55, I have a similar chainsaw and it works great for downed limbs and anything I need to cut in my yard. I love it because it's not a gasoline engined saw that requires a lot of maintenance. I also use an electric lawnmower and it always works and it's much lighter than a traditional lawn mover. Not to mention, I don't need to have a gas can in the garage.

The Marine's rank was PFC or Private First Class. While I was in the USMC I made Sergeant in less than 3 years. I had a meritorious promotion to Corporal which accelerated me through the ranks. I only served for 4 years and I was a Sergeant for a little over a year - served from October 1969 to October 1973; Vietnam from 1971 to 1972. I made Sergeant while I was in Vietnam. As for the Sharpshooter badge, it is called a shooting badge - Marksmam, Sharpshooter and Rifle Expert. I shot a score which qualified me as a rifle Expert. I still have my Dress Blues with my 5 ribbons and shooting badge. Of course they don't come even close to fitting me now, lol. I see George pull out some more of his stripes. The ones with the crossed rifles under the single stripe is called a Lance Corporal (E-3) and I also saw a National Defense service ribbon in that lock box. The other ribbon looks like a War on Terrorism one. And I saw a blousing garter in there as well. It was used to blouse the legs on the utility uniform so you wouldn't have to wear them stuffed into yer boots.
