I have been a foster parent. And when cps comes to do a welfare check they always had went into where the child sleep and to see the conditions of the home. This guy is ridiculous. He was more worried about mosquitoes to then he was the child welfare.

Did DCF get the report of Lienut trying to lock the child in the camper alone and the Levy County Sheriff’s deputy telling her “You are not going to do that!”? The absolute incompetence of the DCF workers and the complacency of care that they show for their children in that country breaks my soul! Under Florida Statute 827.03(2)(d), “Child Neglect” is defined as a caregiver’s failure or omission to provide a child with care, supervision, and services necessary to maintain a child’s health and wellbeing; or a caregiver’s failure to make a reasonable effort to protect a child from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person.
