That gilded mirror is to die for, and the chair (which is where I have paused the video) is a Queen Anne style, and used to be about a $300 chair. In IKEA world, elegant, durable, and timeless beauty is not as valued. Ok, moving on, hoping too see the dining table…you have one, with drawers! That is really a nice set. George George did a perfect imitation of Guapo!

This was fun to watch you trying to rush through to see what treasures you could find! So here's a little info for you, if you aren't aware. Military "hats" are called Covers. We "cover" our heads when we leave a building or covered area. (I'm retired from the Navy.) There are places in the open where covers aren't worn, like on a flight deck. The different types of covers have specific names, but they aren't just "hats." Since this guy was a Marine, there's a high probability he spent some time on Okinawa. The Vase and Ginger Jar are very typical of items that can be purchased on base or off base. I was stationed there twice. Did you know that Paris Island has the reputation for being haunted? I served at the Naval Hospital Beaufort, SC briefly. Although the flag you found was in honor of a Veteran's service & likely presented to his family during his funeral, perhaps you have run across some that are in "shadow boxes" with medals, ribbons & patches? These are generally prepared for a service member who is retiring. The flag is typically flown over some particular place, and if requested & available, on a specific date. My retirement flag was flown over the hospital from which I was retiring, on my birthday. I also have my grandfather's burial flag. Anyway, keep having a blast being FUNemployed! I haven't gotten up the courage to do this. I'm not a very organized person. I'm still trying to get rid of my own excess stuff! Take care all! 🙏🙏 For wellness and safety!

The black wire tower u called a planter. I bought one for $25 a couple years ago. The 3 black egg baskets go with it hanging in the middle. We bbn use them for fruits. Sweet potatoes, apples, oranges and bananas. That way they are not hidden. Forgotten and start smelling.

Those "creepy dolls" were all that I played with when I was younger (long time ago, lol). The fact that all they did was open and close their eyes, were kind of neat, considering there were still some made that just had painted open eyes. Just a trivial piece of info for you! 😃

You should check if there is a signature or identification mark on the art … if there is then it would help you know it’s true value… sometimes you can get more from an art gallery or art dealer then you would just selling them
