As a Northern Irish girl living in The Netherlands, your channel has been a trip down memory lane for me. I have made quite a few of your recipes now, and I am slowly converting the Dutch to traybakes. I made this wheaten bread at the weekend, it was amazing (the best I have ever tested). Thank you. I literally JUST put two loaves of wheaten in the oven - came back to my KZbin dashboard and saw this video! Looks amazing! I have never tried the molasses / treacle addition - but I most definitely will the next time I make it - thank you!

I wanted to get something closer to that dense, darker wheaten you can get, so this is what I tried and I liked it! Thank you!
