How and when Egwene goes to the waste vis a vis Rand is definitely the main question I have! Best I can say is there’s some time with Rand/Moiraine as a B/C plot whole Egwene (and Elayne?) do testing and Perrin goes back home. Come to think of it, does Perrin go to TV? Or perhaps he breaks off on the road prior?

I'm still so back and forth on Egwene going to the waste - my problem with her not going is - what will she do all season if not? We know Nyn and Elayne will go to Tanchico and we know Liandrin and the BA have gone there. We even know Min will there. I'm still in the dark as to what Mat's story will be as I'm quite sure he isn't there at Rhuidean. I feel that Perrin will head off to TV and Loial with him. I need to get the map out and think more with it in front of me now you bring that up. I find it delicious that we really don't know!

Say, a certain hero of the horn!” (Followed by eye rolling and sniffing) And yes, I think it was important in the books for the future leaders to be forged *outside* their ultimate seats of power. So Egwene should not be hanging around in the tower.

@@koalasedai I really don't get where the show is trying to go with Min! But to be honest, my overall impression of Min in the books is often "she's also there!"

Don't agree with all of your points, I think both earlier smooches are Rand and Lanfear, but just different angles. And the one with Rand screaming I think will not be at the end but at the same time as Rand's dad finds his mother as this will help the audience tie the two things together that these are his ancestors - the head back and screaming are identical.

I think (all my binging has run together) i saw comments Rafe confirmed Egwene in the Waste from Q&A in Brazil? Also overlooking Rhuidean, is it possible Egwene is the figure on left obscured somewhat by a Maiden?

oh really? I'm going to hunt for that as I just can't figure what her season story will be if she doesn't go there! thanks for letting me know I need to go check. I think the colouring of the outer garments on the one I put the ring around matches what she has on when in that scene looking kind of shocked at Rand - so that was my thinking. I have to make up a list of all this stuff I'm saying so I can do a breakdown of percentage I got totally wrong lolol
