Wow, I was wondering if someone might pick that up, 10 points for Gryffindor! Yes, so I like to use my older chair for more off-roading activities because of the bigger casters and camber. Plus, I can only fit the Freewheel on that chair, because of a specific type of fitting on the footplate. So I am using my new chair for mostly indoor activities.

Does where you are have anything like the ADA? (Is what we have here in the USA) In certain circumstances such as much older buildings for example, there's no building codes requirements for providing for accessibility. New construction always. Just curious...

I am not 100% sure about this but I think Australia is a bit behind with disability regulations. Australia is looking at introducing regulations for new buildings - future proofing for access conversion. Eg wider doors, reinforced walls in bathroom. Because it will mean new houses cost more, I don’t think it has gone thru yet. So that is one area the US is in front of Australia 😉

@@freewheelingwithelise9421 Yeah, i was a bit curious about it. So many places don't have any sort of set of standards for those that aren't able-bodied. Even here in the US when some accessibility concern is met, it is met with the minimumal acceptable criteria, i.e. 32" clearances for WC width. Granted, most WC can navigate it but those in wider bariatric WC wouldn't nor i imagine some power WC's. 32" not a lot, doesn't allow for a walking person and WC user to pass one another in meeting situations. Also, is a tight squeeze going through doorways usually banging knuckles propelling through them. Thanks for your reply. Have a blessed day...

There is a big ramp down one side of the house from the porch to the garden, I think you can see me going up it in the video. Just checked - at the time 1:46 and 2:00 the video shows me going up and down two ramps at the back. I hope that helps 😁
