Thanks so much, what a lovely compliment 🥰 I have mentioned about mushroom ceremonies in past videos, they are a way that I find personally to give great perspective on life’s challenges. I often describe it as “putting down the magnifying glass and picking up the mirror” - it offers me great insights into what challenges life gives me, often reflecting on my own behaviour and how I look at things, despite the stereotype of them being “wacky” when used in a responsible way, they can be fantastically beneficial for one’s mental health. Thanks for taking an interest and for the lovely comment. 😊

I really appreciate watching your videos. It helps putting things in a good perspective. Seeing you full of joy give me joy, I think you bring joy to your mates. Then, do you know what you’re going to do now, staying in Morzine or go back to UK ? If you stay, maybe the balance of life will make our road crosses 🤷🏻‍♀️( I live in the Dead valley 🙈).
