My beautiful country is an absolute mess. This happened to me once where the police stopped me for tjo tjo (bribe). I didn't pay and they claimed I was DUI (without breathalysing me). They then wasted my time by taking me to the hospital to draw blood - I had a flight to catch the next morning. I called my solicitor who advised me to play ball, which I didn't... Luckily for me, and for reasons unknown, they decided let me go but not before taking me to Bramley Police Station for further time wasting tactics. ridiculous

Surely there is a demand issue here making people desperate. Why don’t drivers’ renewals last for 10 or 15 years between instead of the current 5 years. Take the pressure off.
