For what? Dragons rules everything rough and still slide. These aren't 93A, they are more like X99 and X97 is the closest to them but X97 is more comfy on rough and generally cheaper so what's the advantage of these? I see none, unless you just want to pay a bit more for the brand and the sound difference of Spitfire but not generally better performance. BTW I ride SFF4 99A for smooth park and they are decent for smooth ashpalt so I don't hate Spitfire as a brand, I pefer the best performance wheel and price for their purpose and I'll stick to Dragons for anything rough or even X97 over these. X97 would have been the highest selling skate wheel of all time if it was out in the 80s and 90s for obvious reasons, lack of skate parks.

@@spencernuzziappreciate that, I don't mind the "bouncy" ness of Dragons for anything rough as they are a true 93A while SFF4 93A is not a 93A, also you have the options to go with X97 or X99 with Bones for more tech vs Dragons which are better for the roughest surfaces, these SFF4 93A is between the X97 and X99 if you want that and must skate Spitfire but they are not better nor 93A regardless and are only advertised as 93A to cut into the Dragons' market as I'm sure Dragons are the top selling skate wheels in the skate wheel market right now and for good reasons, they can handle the roughest surfaces and can still silde... probably why Spitfire call these "93A - soft silders" you dig? @@mutatedgenomesofter probably softer than SFF4 97A, I think it's SFF4 but they added a touch of softness to the formula and just called it 93A which it is not, it's similar to X97 and hardness like X99. Definitely not as fast as SFF4 99A or any 99A wheel, as X99 is still slightly slower than SFF4 99A on smooth surfaces and these have the speed of X97 but the hardness closer to X99.

I don't think any wheel from any company will beat the Dragons on rough and still slide like Dragons for the foreseeable future, I mean it took George Powell 10+ years to develop the Dragon Formula, does anyone think they can come out with a better formula in the next 5-10 years? I think not LOL.
@TRAVIESO_NA8 ай бұрын
@@jimmyhuang8730 considering how high quality all the powell/bones wheels are I second that. Its a "quality" and "research and development" issue on the other Brands part, No one can compete with perfection.
@jimmyhuang87308 ай бұрын
@@TRAVIESO_NAI wouldn't say all Powell/Bones wheels are perfection, STF for example can be phase out now that X97 and X99 has been out, I'm pretty sure no one rides those anymore and even the Bones team riders are given X97 and X99 to ride instead if they skate street in any way. I personally perfer SFF4 99A for smooth park and concrete over Bones wheels and would rate Bones SPF 104A a close 2nd for smooth surfaces as they can get slick and icy at high speeds but they still have better control than SFF4 101A which are slick AF at high speeds.
@jimmyhuang87308 ай бұрын
These SFF3 93A are 1.5 year late and the X97 is better and more comfortable on rough and generally cheaper to buy, the only reason why Spitfire even came out with these now is to cut into the Dragon/X97/X99 market for softer wheels that slide, are they really 93A like Dragons? NO, they will not ride comfortably like Dragons on the roughest surfaces. They are similar to the X97 in speed and slide but harder ride like the X99 and more pricey so if you hate Powell/Bones and must have Spitfire wheels and need a softer wheel for rough that slides then you can get these but are they the best for your money for that purpose? NOPE, X97 is better and has already been out for over 1 year now. (93A is definitely false advertisement)

Bones whatever formula wheels came out before formula 4s and guess what, when formula 4s existed everyone dropped bones because they realized they feel like plastic more than they do urethane If you want to compare these to dragon wheels (shitty shapes) then the same applies… the spitfire ‘93’ are a superior urethane even though they aren’t exactly 93a whatever, bones never made ‘104a’ cause that doesn’t exist Get out there and actually skate instead of browsing the internet and doing powerslide tests in front of your house… Support companies that support skate shops and skateboarding… Powell already made their bag in the 80s
