What sticks out to me is "Do as u like. There is no formula, just some things you might want to think for yourself about, how to go about them. " :-) I agree. There is so many different people, opinions and ways out there. It is something so absolutely interesting to me - meeting another touring person and all their ways about it. I feel one is their true individual self out on the bike and the way one does it all, so deflects them. It's amazing!

Hi Athal! We did in Japan, where it was quite safe to sleep in the cities. Elsewhere we never did that! In the beginning we mostly camped: in Europe (also in japen almost exclusively). Where it was more affordable for us we stayed at hotels more often, also to edit the videos. I think we have a pretty good section in the video about hygiene... All the best!

We do about 60km a day, after 70 we get sore in the butt. Sometimes it needs a lot of tries to get the right saddle and position dialed in right so don't give up! We also use a Thudbuster from Cane Creek that helps with mitigating bumps and vibrations from the road.
