As a Duck fan I loved it - but I don't think it was on purpose. If you can teach kickers to hit line drives accurately enough and hard enough to be uncatchable by the closest opponent - consistently enough to be worth the risk - we'd have seen it before. I will say, if it was on accident like I think was - it was a very quick reaction on his part to jump on the ball so quickly.

Great game from both teams tonight. As an OSU fan, it stings to lose the way we did but it was a boxing match, punch for punch, unfortunately one of us had to lose, shame it had to be us. Duck fan for 30 years. The stadium was originally constructed in 1967 with the field surface BELOW ground level. ALL the noise stays INSIDE and bounces off the sides. Unlike above ground stadiums. Its really weird because the noise is not that bad outside the stadium. Its like playing in a rabbit hole. I played there (high school state playoffs) in the late 90s. It was loud with only 7000 fans, let alone 60,000. LOL.

As someone who was just at the game in the student section that game was insane. We did not see the replay of what should have been an interception or the spitting in the face. Ohio fans traveled in droves. Never seen that many away fans at Autzen ever. Never seen so many people at Autzen or it be that loud. On the last drive for Ohio the crowd hit 125 decibels in noise

To oregon fans, ive been watching your team closely the entire offseason and first stretch of this season and was impressed the whole way. It was incredible to watch the whole oregon playbook come alive tonight. But as an ohio state fan first and foremost this loss stings, not just losing but HOW we lost. We were in field goal range! Just use one of your two elite tailbacks or better yet use some confusing QB sneak if you're scared of getting the ball ripped out. Ive been critical of jayden fielding in the past but he's comfortable at the range he was at before we tried to get greedy and ate a (debatable) OPI for our troubles. Our special teams aren't flashy like Oregon's, but that is something we should have been capable of. Ryan hired his old mentor to be OC so he could manage the game, and he made a boneheaded decision tn. Everyone has an off week to mull it over, and hopefully come back a better buckeye team. Today, tomorrow, and always, go buckeyes. Ducks you played a phenomenal game and i tip my hat to you. See you in Indy

This game right here was a heavyweight fight, back and forth. I've been watching college football games all day on my 2 different TV and on my four different cellphones. Oregon is miles ahead as a team, they shot themselves in the foot about 30 times and still won against a team that the refs helped over and over and over again. Negating that illegitimate first td, and assuming they score on all the drives where Ohio state got away with BLATANT PI on crucial downs, and if oregon doesn't make mistakes in special teams and the reasons this game is more like 42-14. whether you want to cry about it or not OREGON is the better team

42-14 is crazy 😂 oregon had NO holding calls on that offensive line or recieves.. Osu had so many penalties due to crowd noise and had turnovers and still almost won the game. And ohio state was in fg range idk why they decided to pass it. Which saved oregon on pass interference. These 2 teams will meet again. We all know.
