He played alright I was at the game I get what your saying considering Corum was garbage, and idk if it was coaches telling him throw here throw there, but there was guys wide open down field all game and instead took 3 yard passes, 3 runs up the gut, they stopped working the middle of the field which was killing state, kept throwing that same stupid 5 yard out pass josh gattis, Jim Harbaugh made me sick

I could not be there - my brother was - he says it was the best and loudest he ever saw. All I can say is that when I called him more than an hour after the game, we could not really talk because the noise in the parking lot just south of the stadium was so loud. I called him at 5:06, and the background noise was incredible!

The most pivotal play of the game is arguably the strip/sack almost touchdown at the end of the first half that was overturned. Instead of 7 points, the Wolverines had to settle for a punt which they converted to three points. To your point @parker 999, the Wolverines weren't that bad running that ball....146 yards on 34 carries for a 4.3 average. (Sparty was 36-199 with a 5.5 average). If you look at the overall team stats for the game, there was no way you would think that MSU won: -Michigan had 157 more total yards -Until that final interception, Michigan State had more turnovers -Michigan State was penalized more -Michigan had ten more minutes of possession. Ultimately the key was that Michigan kicked 4 field goals while MSU kicked zero. Whenever Sparty sniffed the end zone KW III delivered. Conversely, Michigan had to settle for those field goals too often.

It’s been proven usually whichever team runs the ball the most efficiently has a higher chance of winning because it opens up the play action. Imagine if K9 struggled running the ball the offense would’ve sputtered due to basically being forced to throw the ball. When you run the ball as good as State did today you have a lot of more options in the playbook to pick from.

I was foreign exchange student in michigan 2021-2022 and this game always brings me back. I had only been in the states for little over a month and I remember everybody in my school and on tv were talking about this game and I didn’t understand anything about it. I didn’t understand college football at all, I just thought it’s like a lower league and you can get promoted to nfl like in european soccer:D I remember we went to see msu-penn state in the huge snowstorm and that was the nail in the coffin for me to be msu fan. Nowadays I watch their football basketball and ice hockey games and it’s so cool seeing how big college sports are in the states, it’s way more fun to watch than the major sport leagues. But still this game has a special place in my heart because it reminds me when everything was new and exciting:) Let’s hope next season for spartans football is better than last couple seasons now that we have coach smith. GO GREEN!🟢

Spartan Dog 4 Life and I totally agree with your assessment on Cade. He played great and gave it everything. Hard to be upset when everyone left it on the field yesterday. Both teams played their hearts out. Couldn't ask for more. I think coaching/game management was a bit of a difference point. However, with JH's reputation, I think a lot will point to that.
