Season 1 Devil Jim was easily the best and among the top 3 in the game. I think the only thing they nerfed about him was his oki on from his uf3 but other than that he is really strong in the current season. It's moreso that everyone else has gotten stronger.

His hellsweep was also nerfed from Season 1 since you can't pick up from some ranges. And the uf4 nerf was more than oki. He used to get b4 guaranteed, no oki needed. And THEN he got oki and better oki at that. Now he gets oki only. It's a significant nerf since he doesn't have a good power mid like Kazuya's ff3 to discourage ducks. Kazuya ff3 is also only -3 on block, which means he can still move, whereas uf4 is -8 on block, so you've put yourself in a mixup with now reduced upside. That was not a minor change. It significantly affects his meta. I don't think he could be placed in the top 10 now.

Devil jin has good pokes and good damage if you get to a wall but even then its kinda weird sometimes you get 82 dmg sometimes almost 100 idk why . Dj is the hardest mishima for me because he lacks power mids and kaz already has good lows i mean comeone ad f4 is stupid good

Practice EWGF, maybe 2 months can get you to average Mishima. But to get consistent EWGF, its impossible for a short time, maybe 2 years. TMM have played Devil Jin and Kazuya for a long long time, he is probably the most consistent on EWGF after the Saudi Arabian PEWGF God.

The best overall is Heihachi, because he just wants to put things right. His problem however ; is that he doesnt see that Jin is a good guy who just wants to put an end to the devil gene.
