As a single gay guy my child is a cat too! She's like raising a damn human child too; constantly in trouble with something and staying out all night doing god knows what. My son, Chase, a little beagle and a very good boy (mostly), died several years ago. He was really sick and old and he died while I was holding him. I was so traumatized that I vowed not to have another pet. One day my neighbor's cat walked into my house and simply refused to leave, so that's how I got her. My neighbor got a second cat and it pissed Luna off so bad that she packed her little cat bag and said, "Oh hell no! I was the queen here and I SHAN'T be dethroned. I'm going next door where they don't have any of this nonsense going on." I did have several conversations with my neighbor so it's not like I stole her or anything! We even tried to get Luna to move back in, but the fighting between the two cats was some of the worst aggression I've seen. In the end it all worked out in this really, really weird way. Life's so fucking strange most of the time.

Also it’s very common for people to bring the sperm home for insemination. IUI has to be done by a Dr because it can be dangerous, the sperm has to be inserted into your uterus . So you can do it at home by yourself, I know this because I’m currently 26 wks pregnant and did it by myself. Would never dream of having my mother help me! So weird & gross. I know some couples do it together, as a bonding experience.
