Hi. I was with a flaming narcissist for 32 years. Then she left. Then in order for me not to try to get her back she got a restraining order based on lies. Then she realized that she lost her source of control. She acted hurt that I didn't try to contact her. She told my son that she didn't understand why I hadn't tried to contact her. He reminded her that I couldn't due to the order. After 4 months the judge lifted the order due to lack of evidence. Then she got mad because I could talk to her again. So I was condemned both ways. She was always the victim in her view.

I am still living with my narc wife, but I reported her to the police last year after threatening behaviour, so it is on record just in case she tries that shit with me, I remember last year hearing her say she wished I was like I was afrer we separated while we were married, if only she knew the fun I have bern having, and the friends I've been making, but she can never know, as do my kids, , but there's a lesson in your story for us all, to cover your back, never raise your voice, or react to them, don't give them any reason to accuse you of anything, get a solicitor, and tell the police

@@funkychicken370 even with 32 years of abuse from her I never resorted to fits of anger, name calling, profanity and so on. I remained calm even though I felt upset. She tried to provoke me to do something she could use against me. I never gave her anything to use. This frustrated her so she started making up things, lies.

Awesome video! But I don't think they ever really get into 'dealing with themselves'. Many times they just go on with other current supply-bots, or look for new ones (after trying to punish you of course). I doubt a narc misses anyone in a true, genuine sense. Highly empathic people wish it were so, but the reality is---nope!

His last hoover was the most intense out of any other Ive experienced with him. He sent flowers and chocolates to my job....first time ever. He was sure to have flowers everytime I saw him thereafter...he even had one of his female friends drive him to my house to propose or so he said....after i told him with how he was treating me....he was not husband material for me....meanwhile he was still triangulating me with females and his mom within the hoover. Not to mention, when we first met, he asked how I felt about flowers and I said I wasnt a flower girl...I prefer poetry or just written heart filled words since I wrote poetry and feel like flowers die, written words can last forever.... during the final hoover, I never unblocked him and because I have an android, I could still see his blocked messages...he continued to devalue me in writing...all while hoovering me. I live in NJ and he in NYC....I always drove to him but this last time I refused and all of a sudden he could come to me. Even when he had a vehicle, over a span of a year and a half we were in a "committed " relationship, his tires were too bad to come to me....but now....he came to see me more than ever. He put me through so much turmoil, I became more afraid of the future devaluation from all the energy he was putting into re-idealizing me. So i cut everything & everyone to do with him off....his mom & brother was apart of the abuse too....I am so grateful to have come across channels like this. It helped with toxic friendships I had to also let go of in this process with my most recent romantic narcissistic interaction. Thank you for the videos....they saved my life. It no longer matters whether or not someone is narcissistic, if I feel like I am being devalued and no room to discuss misunderstandings, it is ok for me to remove myself and access to me...under any circumstance.

Everything you said is 100% real and true. I've experienced it all. The cycle ended recently with a 911 call. I'm now free and traveling to heal my heart, soul, and change/grow, so I can be my healthiest self.. and help others do the same. At almost 50, I'm paying back to those in need, just giving back to the community what was given to me by good people, strangers, when I needed help the most. Tamie, you are spot on, just lost my last parent and now my estranged npd sister is lovebombing me, the trustee of their estate. After a short conversation it's quite apparent that she wants me to get back into my scapegoat role and let her control the situation and estate. Narcs never change, they never grow... Since I don't answer calls from her number she is calling from her BF's phone, never leaves message and then she text me one word "WE" (hoover) from his phone. I never responded. I also think she is driving by my house.

I really like your take on this subject. I haven't heard or considered it in this exact explanation. I still check back to make sure that I'm still being stalked online by one particular narc. Aside from the others that I have to deal with in my life, I seem to be able to spot -- at least certain types of vulnerable narcs online -- and trigger/attract them to the point of stalking me. I use some of these tactics to drag them along for long enough to do the twisting of their predictabilities as I figure it's better to have them fixate on me rather than attempting to take advantage of someone who is not versed in their narcissistic predictabilities! I have not watched all of your content, but I would be interested in any you might have on some of these narcs super abilities at tracking on the Internet. I have somewhat become a backwards expert -- compared to those abilities. Hopefully, one day I can dig into the mind of one who would share -- if I can trick them into divulging! We started talking after my treatment, he love bombed me and when I called him out on the inconsistencies in the thing he was telling me, he got narc injured . you are very right. i see through all his patterns. They are all the same. Very predictable. As an empath, and a sensitive one at that, one thing I have never done successfully which is CRITICAL when dealing with a narcissist is executing Boundaries. It's actually quite an experience to leave without experience And the strength and the knowledge to leave successfully and be ready and expect the number of hoovering attempts they make. The worst part are people who do not understand empaths or narcissists. They sre so judgmental and so critical with lack of understanding they have no idea what we're even dealing with. In my case he has perfected this love bombing stage To the point you would be convinced it's actually him but it's not. And You have to get to that place to do it despite what you see because you know. Definitely get the support system needed because it will be and will make a big difference in the outcome. Lastly watch them they will suck you dry if you don't cut them off I mean financially.

Proberbly to do with childhood trumua ie from a parent at an early age .my exes father went for cigarettes from the shop and never came back for yrs and when he did he was abusive to him and his brothers and his mum also he was abused by his grandfather and blames his mum for not protecting him and said she spoilt his younger brother as his dad treated his younger brother worse his 2 brothers are ok although his youngerbrother is still spoilt by his mum .my ex is the oldest .
