"I hate conquest" me too made, I've never played conquest since bf1 operations was a thing a breakthrough with this. Its just much better and it makes sense for a clash between 2 armies that they'd be trying to secure sectors in order rather than everyone just running around like a headless chicken with no real "objective"

The funny thing is, the reason the p51 sounds like that isn’t the engine at all, it’s actually the guns. The airflow over them makes a whistling sound. Like blowing on the top of a bottle.

Of course your front guns are VERY powerful. There were A-20 Versions with 4 to 6 20mm-Cannons in the nose, as soon as they dropped the forward gunner position an closed the glass nose. This beast only had one little problem: The enginges. Occationally you could have seen pilots kiss the engines after a succesful mission as a "thank you you not fucked up!"

Ngl if u have a good pilot in a bf109 vs a good pilot in the p51 the bf109 probably gonna win majority of the time mainly cause most pilots who use the g-6 variant almost always have high altitude package vs the p51d which in my opinion is the better between the 2 51s doesn’t have that which makes no sense unless the U.S. still using that Allison engine

the A20G25's top gunner should not be able to fire directly forward. it can turn around to the front put the guns would have to be pointing 20 degrees upwards to the fuselarge

Even though Dice gave up on BFV, they definitely nailed the Merlin Engine for the North American P-51. I'm actually proud of them. Shame we won't see the SBD, the D3A1 Val, and possible sea battles for the Pacific.
