I am greatly impressed by your handling skills especially when you are zoomed in with your head tracking. It is easy to miss something in the periphery and go horribly wrong. At least one gear was damaged and when he landed on bumpy sand the bouncing caused it to collapse. Even if it didn't, the front gear would probably have dug into the sand, which would have broken the plane apart. Very predictable BS tbh.

I would recommend the su27 first seen as it is very easy to get into and can hold its own against modern aircraft (in its own way) as it is stealthy and teaches you radar and rwr

You need SRS (Simple Radio Standalone) running to tune in to it though. It basically lets all the players talk to each other using the in game radios in your plane instead of stuff like discord, and some servers that use it have that AWACS bot that will respond to your voice commands on the radio

How do I go about finding a squadron or group to fly with? I just invested a buncha cash in this sim. I made it through a lot of the tutorials for the P-51, the A-10CII, and the F-18. Im not sure of what groups are active or want newbies.

Can anyone point me to the SAW SRS info? Do they have SRS for SAW yet? I don’t see any info online or on their website. Also, at one point, Drewski called for a bogey dope and the ai awacs answered? Is there a voice system on At War? Is it on the other At War servers too?

In SRS there is an auto connect option. When you join the server it automatically joins the correct SRS server. The ai is overlord bot, they are the ai awacs on all of their hoggit servers. The frequencies are listed in the briefing, using SRS.
