America tried to create a special weapon called the Tsunami bomb during the second world war to defeat Japan. Developed under the Project Seal, the idea was to create explosions so powerful under the surface of water that they would create huge waves and destroy the coastal regions and ultimately the will of Japan to continue fighting.
