Not sure about y'all, but every time I eat cauliflower I get really gassy. We're talkin' like repaint the walls, no more insects in a 1/4 mile radius gassy. Don't take much, either. Love your ma, but she's not the shiniest lure in the tackle box if she's callin' that a steak.
