Yes (indeed) it is much easier than ura nage technique... good grip control & explosive lift up & change the hip and then the harai goshi type throw. Usually is done as a counter and works a lot. Happy to see this demo about this technique because it's very spectacular technique. Great execution ...and great video as always. Oss.

Any chance Jack will show his belt loop turnover into osaekomi? He does it a little differently compared to Borchashvilli as far as I can tell and doesn't seem to put hooks in like Sugoi and other Spanish players.....
