for most of these clips- even if the biker isnt in the wrong in the first place they end up being wrong. You should NEVER chase down a car to remostrate with the driver, and damaging someone else's property is against the law. If you have been wronged, and you have video evidence, submit it to the police and let them take care of it.If a biker came up on me while i was driving i wouldnt roll down my window either.

I'm an expert in addition and addictive behavior. The guy parked in the road asleep was most likely under the influence of a narcotic like Oxycodone, Dilaudid or Fentanyl. If you use your mobile phone while driving, you can be fined $200 in our country, and even have your licence suspended. You know why? Because not only does it make it harder to concentrate on driving, it also increases your chances of causing an accident by dozens of times.It's strange to see a country that allows it to go unchecked with no penalties, it must be so lawless that you can't even see it, and the cultural level seems to be so low.If you look down for even one minute on the motorway, it's like driving a couple of kilometres with a blindfold on!
