If it was real, and friendlychemist did have a list, the Hell's Angels would now have a list of all the users on Silk Road on a USB drive they could use to blackmail him. That guy is just a very strange dude, and I am impressed with what he was able to pull off. It's surreal. Sometimes I wonder this: "How was he so grandiose not to realize that eventually he will get caught?" I think it's a hard question to answer. No matter the anonymity of the protocol, I just find it was very foolish to think that there will not be other ways to be caught. It's also a very strange dynamic that he had with that Variety Jones character, but I can see how that sort of person could pull of or be a part of SilkRoad. What's odd about Ross, is that he's upper middle class and there must be a moment where he just decided to move over to the dark side, and then he just kept falling deeper and deeper. Thanks for you comment and I look forward to your next videos.

It isn't explicitly about Ross, or the actual function of the silk road, which is why I led with that. It's about curtin the admin and a dramatic, narrative telling of his story and the story of one of the corrupt agents, in a back and forth perspective switch from their meeting until the arrest of Ross. The culmination of all my interest on the topic, read all the books, watched all the movies, read all the forum posts and the compiled info. It has probably close to 400 hours work done and I was terrified to finish it, since I have no idea how good it is. I think it might be a flop, but I spent over a year on and off working on it, rewrote it at least 6 times in different styles and presentations. So will see I guess!

@@KiraTV1 Kira, I wish you luck to get appreciation for your work, because even this video alone is better than the American Kingpin book, and I re-watch this video from time to time. You rarely find me do that with a lot of video. And I don't even watch the Silk Road movie that much. I do believe in you and in your ability to bring out great content with it, and now that I learnt what's about, I am super pumped to watch it. I see you have very good content and know how to hunt down marginal stories that are very interesting. You just have to find a way to monetize it and get paid, check out what Jack from DarknetDiaries does, because I think there are people out there that would pay, considering how bad the content on the internet got. Funny enough, with all the capabilities out there and all the open info to learn, the majority of content sucks, I think because people don't want to put in the work and think it's easy to produce at high level.

"Also note that blackmail is an inherently dangerous activity. Informing someone that you know too much is quite rarely the best course of action, especially if Agatha Christie is holding the pen or you haven't told anyone else (but don't tell too many people, as that would, of course, defeat the purpose of blackmail). The danger (along with the potential stupidity) is compounded if the intended victim of the blackmail is already a murderer. After all, if they've already had sufficient reason to kill at least one person, is it very likely that they'll baulk at murdering another - especially if that other person is trying to squeeze them for money?" ~ TV Tropes Blackmail Page

I had great sadness nearly 10 years ago trying to log onto SR to see “This hidden service has been seized by law enforcement “. Also 2 FBI agents where jailed when they stole millions from Ross ulbrichts BTC wallet during the investigation.
