You can see where Elizabeth's heart is going : when Rosemary tells her that she seems to have many things in common with Lucas,she says no immediately and when Rosemary talks about Nathan Elisabeth doesn't talk in the negative form,she is just confused. I think she just doesn't want to choose but she knows who she wants.

yes! i noticed that when she was talking to rosemary as well! i think that Elizabeth wants to be with Nathan but then Lucas is kind of throwing her off with everything he says and gives to her. I think Elizabeth heart is going towards Nathan and she feels almost obligated to lead Lucas on because she doesn’t want to hurt him especially after everything he’s done for her, but she ultimately wants to be with Nathan.

It is my favorite show. Amazing talent and storytelling. The set is real, you can actually tour it. It films in a gorgeous area of Canada (outside of Vancouver BC) so has really pretty scenery as well. Beautiful cast! Nextflix has the first five seasons and Amazon Prime has all seasons, including this season.

I couldn't watch it for a while after Jack died but finally gave in and caught up. To my surprise I love it even more than before. Nathan and his niece Allie add a very complex story line. There is so much going on with Faith & Carson, Rosemary &Lee, Jessie & Claire. You should give it a try hopefully you will feel the same.

@@reag_lis_craig8262 I don't know of anyone who didnt grieve Jack's death with Elizabeth but in time she grieves and continues on .....wanting the best for her you soon start to want her to find love again as Jack stated in a letter he left for her.(season 6) It took me sometime but I did eventually move on and give the new seasons a chance, Give yourself some time ....and I'm sure you will see many great actors are still bringing great stories & wholesome entertainment to the screen! 😀

At the end of the seassion 7 episode, Liz embraces Nathan with feeling, but he is serious and reluctantly surrounds her. Seassion 8 I think will be the last of WCTH, and it should end well as a sweet tale that is the series. Jack's departure allowed the story to continue and produce seassions 6 and 7. But he must return to the end of the story. Her wonderful smile fills the screen. Team Nathan, Team Lucas, but there is no team Elizabeth, and Liz is the lead actress, and for the hearties the love triangle seems to be formed by Jack, Lucas and Nathan. Lucas and Nathan must leave but without dying, enlisting themselves as soldiers for the Great War, for example. Lori taking over the bar or the cafe. Liz must continue as a writer and little Jack as the protagonist at school. I would like to end with Jack and Elizabeth singing together at Christmas.

Team Lucas for me. Elizabeth already did the Mountie thing & Nathan , to me, is a little boring & unsure of himself. Lucas is a bit of a Bad Boy but he does have a softer side & gives more chemistry to the pair. He's romantic, charismatic & sincere toward Elizabeth. If Lucas isn't the chosen one then I think he & Fiona would make an awesome pair...I could see chemistry flying around there! She's out of a job now & it seems like she would like to stay in Hope Valley so, if that's the case, she needs a new purpose for her & the show!
