Existing Indian cities lack necessary lack necessary infrastructure due to congestion. New cities with proper infrastructure should be made first around old cities and then we can think of building 100 storey skyscrapers

Building 💯 stories building should be in a 30:70 ratio of commercial and residential. So I think there will be no problems for investment and stakeholders. Also generate office spaces along with residence.

The biggest problem is AAI(Airport Authority of India).
@nirupamakumar39174 жыл бұрын
They might seem like a problem but they are there to make sure that India's airspace and cities are safe and there is seemless movement's of aircrafts in already congested skies and airport with limited runways.

@@nirupamakumar3917 bro lots of iconic skyscraper project failed in India (mostly in Mumbai) just because they were way too higher , AAI states that those projects may create problems for airlines , but in most cases the developers did well research and found that the buildings were not blocking the path and were quite distanced from the runways also. Just take a look at cities like Dubai , New York , don't they have skyscraper close to the airports.

India doesnt need a 100 storey building yet. Such projects merely high light the existence of a real estate bubble. Eg, Empire States Building New York before Great Depresssion, the Burj Khalifa Dubai before the 2008 Financial Crisis and the utter failure of Financial Tower in Shanghai with its very low occupancy rates and high costs. Instead, Indian cities needs to be like Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo,Sydney, Hong Kong...

With clayey soil, is it advisable to go so high in India?
@kishordinkarsonar914 жыл бұрын
If worlds tallest structure (Burj khalifa) can stand on sand then we can also develop technology for construction on such soil.
