Do you recommend 250mg or 500mg rapid release? And have you seen any adverse reactions w this orally? Thanks.

in 5 years of using this with patients, we have only seen one patient have mild constipation that resolved when they stopped taking it. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better. The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.

@@DrewTimmermansND I know you specialize in injuries, but is this the same protocol you would recommend for treating GI issues? Thanks 🙏

@@DrewTimmermansNDhi Doc, How are you? Thanks for the video and explanation. So the sublingual are ok or get the capsules you swallow; or both? Also, is there a good peptide book or resource where I can read the most up to date accurate info on bpc 157 and other peptides? Thank you Doc!
