As somebody who has law-enforcement in their family, NEVER POINT A BB GUN IN A COPS DIRECTION! They look just like the real ones. If you do that you’re asking to get shot. Judging by what I saw, the cop reacted in self-defense. You can tell by his voice he did not want to shoot the suspect.

Wish you had included more of the back stories and results of the investigations. That kid in the alley was only maybe 12 and had snuck out to hang with some unsavory characters, one being a late 20s guy who heard the cops and handed the gun off to him to ditch. The cop was devastated, none of the officers had proper medical equipment or training and if he didn’t die on the scene he died on arrival. Officer was cleared after review of body cam and retrieval of the large handgun the kid had pulled out to try and toss. I doubt that officer will ever be the same.

He’s lucky to be alive as well as the officer The officer who fired on the guy with the BB gun was in the right he didn’t know if was real or not Police don’t play around anymore they can’t their lives always on the line My two brothers were in law enforcement one did uncover for years than he did Swat after that he retired right before police were being killed the other was older he had done patrol than moved up the chain to administration But almost was killed when he and his partner were out patrolling one night and hit a hole in the road and their car hit a cement wall and the car flipped over they were pinned luckily a passer by saw them and called it It had been raining very badly that night I remember taking the call from the chief and his voice quivering asking for my Mother I will never forget that day I think I was around 10 or 11 I’m 59 now luckily they both survived but had a long road to recovery His partner broke his back I remember and the never went back to ever being Police Officer My Oldest Brother had to have multiple surgeries learn how to walk again he broke both of his legs And his arm God was on their side for sure🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽
