That’s because she doesn’t have anxiety problems. She’s a goddamn junkie. Believe me, I know the plight of the addict. I was a drug addict. I am a drug addict with nine years clean, but never have I ever been high on my children or my children and never ever would I. I would walk away 1st. She took too many pills and passed out and then she let her brother with no drivers license and usually they take those away for pretty good reasons because I’ve never had my license taken away and I’ve had to keys and accidents. On top of that they’re smoking weed in the car with the babies in the car. It’s illegal to smoke cigarettes with your children in the car. She is the upmost example of trash. She is human Garbage. I hope they take those kids so they have a chance of life.

Slightly related, but I hate when people say "baby daddy" in relation to the man they are currently MARRIED TO. That is your HUSBAND. Baby daddy refers to someone you are not married to or even possibly dating, but is the father of your child. Some people use it for fiance or longterm boyfriend, which is fine, but husband?

That kid from the second case was insanely lucky to survive falling out of the car on a highway with just minor scrapes. It's good that he and his siblings were separated from that lady, the fact that she failed to see the problem with securing her kids in a car says enough about how responsible she is.

I exited out the car when I was about 3 years old. Just unbuckled my car seat, opened the door and stepped out. (This was in 1969, well before child locks) My Pop says I just bounced along and he turned around immediately, I was sitting on the road, happy as a clam and unhurt. Pop removed the back window and door handles after that.

When I was a wee bit back in the 90s, I was riding down the freeway with my mom's bf in his pickup truck. It was old and didn't even have a seatbelt on the passenger side. The door flew open (I didn't touch anything) and I just slid across the seat getting sucked out. He grabbed onto my arm and hauled me back inside but I was dangling for a second there lol. Definitely in the top 10 most terrifying moments of my life. So glad that little boy was okay!!

It’s crazy to learn that a month earlier, that first woman was evicted from a hotel and had been homeless since. Even the prosecution was pretty confident that she had no idea what was going on during pretrial hearings and she was not found fit to stand trial. We really need to have a system for mental health treatment in this country, if she’d been supervised and taken care of like she needed, I guarantee this would not have happened.

Here's the thing though... You can end up with a mental crisis not just because of bad genetics, but also bad parenting, bad environment, trauma, medical reasons and bad medication being prescribed or just the wrong drugs consumed. Trying to bring back someone who's incompatible with society is a LOT of work, time, effort. And it doesn't always pay off. The number of crazies is increasing and the amount of people who are supposed to take on this burden of trying to 'help' them is decreasing. You need to decide if you want the still healthy people to build roads, fix your seweage system or sweet talk an arrogant, aggressive black woman who has no skills or will to work. Because of bad mental health, of course. Whoever enables a mentally unstable person to have kids or raise kids, be it with any type of good intention, is an enemy of a healthy society. Stop enabling them. We already have a system to send some people to psych wards and some people to prison. Don't try to invent a third one where the psychos run free and keep hurting everybody.

We live in upstate New York, and if you get arrested in the winter time, there’s usually not even any room in the jail and they have to start doubling people up, which they don’t do anymore. People commit petty crimes so that they can catch a small jail sentence and just get out of the cold for a month or two a bed and three meals a day and you get to stay inside where it’s warm.

Pepper spray can permanently damage a dog's nose. Not just damage, but delete. A dog's nose is essentially its eyesight. It's basically the way that they see colors. Incredibly fucking sensitive. The fucking police officer that pepper sprayed that car not once, but twice while there was not one, but two dogs in it, truly infuriates me. They could have fucking broken the glass, dragged the dogs out before they sprayed, dragged the guy out, or literally ANYTHING else other than permanently blinding the poor dog's noses. They'll most likely never smell again and that's fucking tragic. I respect some cops but fuck that one.

Who’s handing out Xanax like candy… It’s a heavy duty med, highly addictive & not indicated for sleep disorders. Most ppl experience anxiety every now & then as a natural response to daily stressors. But nowadays, with being an basket case is normalized & presented practically as a badge of honor by sympathy-seekers, an increasing segment of the population expects & is prescribed meds that have significant & long-lasting effects with little to no validated diagnostics. That’s how a small kid ends up falling out of moving car, is forgotten at school or at other ppl’s places, or drowns in a bathtub. That kind of parent doesn’t need help. Her needs don’t have to be coddled. Her kids do.
