I've been single for a decade for a reason...After the bullshit my last 3 exes put me thru (physical abuse, emotional abuse, death threats), I will NEVER risk putting myself in that situation again. My 2nd last ex came to my house after being released from jail. I had a protection order so he couldnt come near me, touch me, call me, etc after daily violence & death threats, & he knocked all of my teeth out over the course of daily assaults. I rang the police when he wouldnt leave my house & was threatening me & getting physical. He left when the police arrived, hid some where & watched the police leave, then came back, knocked on my loungeroom window & said "next time I'll be be back with a gun". I had to pack up my house & new-born son, & move to a new town. 2 DECADES later he found my son & I on facebook, where he threatened & abused us both. After 2 DECADES, he still can't let go & move on. He'd always threatened to kill me if I left him. I've made it known if I disappear, who the police are to look for. This is my 10th year of being single. I refuse to put myself thru any of that trauma again (do u know what it's like laying in bed at night too scared to sleep, barely breathing, so your abuser doesnt hear you?)

Story 5: This happened with my husband, his ex burned him with "devil lye" she had made up in a bleach container. He suffered 2nd-3rd Degree burns from the left side of his face, a portion of his chest and arms and sides...he is forever scarred as most of the scars turned to keloids...even after surgery. This low-grade, thirsty hag, should've had the SAME happened to her, instead of prison. I don't say this lightly. There is NO excuse to do this to anyone, especially because of a breakup! Good news is that a few European countries have begun taking foreign patients. So there's hope, albeit so very little.
