It's not THAT hard to pick up a firearm, point, and shot. After all, we see that with criminals all the time who have no training with firearms and yet use them. What makes this worse is that the degenerate father had a loaded firearm near a damned kid. Even when I was younger, learning how to use firearms, my father NEVER had a firearm near me *loaded* until I showed him that I wouldn't touch it unless told to. I do recall this story and read about it, the kid suffered a pretty injury to his wrist (which is hardly a surprise, four year olds don't have the strength to deal with the recoil of a 9mm) but the firearm pulling back also knocked him in the head and left a scar.

The segment with the kids who have been terrorizing, CVS and McDonald’s is interesting. Not sure why they would dispatch one cop out for that type of situation. When I worked retail in Atlanta, we had issues with groups of kids this irate, out of control, and disrespectful, and they would always dispatch out numerous cops. I used to wonder why these kids were so out of control until one day one of the alternative school kid’s mother came up because her daughter was being arrested acting just as much of a fool as her daughter. Minutes later, one of the officers came back in and told me he had to end up, arresting her too.🤦🏾‍♀️

Tell you what. Strap on fifty pounds of gear, and go running in it, tell us how it feels and whether or not you start to trip. In my job, I wear about thirty pounds of gear (not including my service weapon, by the way) and sometimes, it can be a bit of a chore even for our officers who are in shape. Then we have the few cases where we end up running with a medical bag that is an additional ten pounds (due to the oxygen tank), it isn't hard to trip.

I don't agree that the last lady was required to give the officer her ID. She was asked to leave, and not come back, and she was willing and ready to do that. Only if a person refuses to leave, after asked to leave, are you required to ID! Police are so focused on running everyone for warrants, they unlawfully arrest someone who knows their rights, and knows you don't have to ID, if you leave when asked. Officers need to focus more on why they were there, than always believing a person exercising their 4th amendment rights, is a wanted felon!

She was being criminally trespassed from a property. Yes, you need to identify yourself. It is in state law when you are issued a driver’s license. Nothing they did was unlawful. Just think how it would have turned out if she had been more respectful. It certainly wouldn’t have been on KZbin because she would have been issued her trespass order and everyone would have went on with their day. She turned it into what it turned into.
