If I remember correctly, Vader killed her father the late king because he thought nobility gives him sway with the Empire, Emperor, and Vader to do what he wanted. Vader came with the piece of Alderaan as a present and did Vader things so they will obey the Empire/Emperor.

Ordinarily you would just tell them to leave... That way you get to keep your guards and people will be more likely to not shoot you at sight or defect to the rebellion. But what am I saying, ordinarily you wouldn't have a puppet-queen infiltrate for you, you'll use specially trained agents in a loyal secret service (not killing people randomly does wonders) to do that. Just tell the queen to mine and stuff, use your agents to do the double-agent stuff. It's more believable if it isn't the queen of all people. Also: A puppet-ruler like her can have ambitions of her own, why trust her with information like this?

I believe Vader wanted to make a scene though. Why would the rebels trust her? Cause Vader killed her personal guard and aid. To the galaxy, it would look like the empire was showing force to make her obedient. To the rebels, she had a very strong motive to aid them. To Vader, it was all a setup by his hands.

Ima be real, that scene where Vader killed everyone was pretty...dark for someone who only knows the Disney Star Wars from the movies. I believe there was too much blood since a lightsaber would normally just cauterize any wound it makes.

A lightsaber, or even a blaster wound would in reality be gory af. When that much heat energy (enough to cut/penetrate through your armor, garments, flesh and bones) is transferred into your body, it will cause the water inside your body to steam instantly. Imagine a pressure cooker, but with no sturdy metal to hold back the pressure, just flesh.

So when you see somebody getting an arm cut off with a lightsaber, and they just get a prosthetic put on, they'd need to run the control wires a lot further up the arm just to get good nerve endings to work with. At minimum, a good portion of that stump would need to be surgically amputated, and a gut wound would be fatal no matter where you get hit.
