Agent Hatten didn't act unprofessional, He was Undercover and couldn't just say hey I'm investigating You're Dirty Police Force. And He was in bad Shape that Dumba$$ Cop had the Heat on despite it not being cold out. Dude was cooking in There, Next time do some better research.

With all due respect, the second story about the FBI agent is lacking a lot of context. This particular FBI was indeed investigating corruption at this particular PD. Essentially, the responding officer is very wary and uncomfortable about the interaction for obviously multiple reasons. The cop was basically doing anything he could to kill time before he and his brethren could figure out how to handle this situation. Long story short this Police department's dispatch does eventually respond with "he is a FBI agent, and he is on official businesses, release him immediately" when they do, this is when he starts to complain that he can't breathe and asks for a medic, which he receives. The moral of the story is that a FBI agent, a very real one, was there to investigate corruption, the PD just dug themselves a deeper hole when they detained him, and he used it as a opportunity to make them look even worse. The "sheriff" or supervisor shows up to the scene, and the second the dispatcher confirms who he is, what he is there for, and he is to be immediately be released, he basically runs off camera and is no longer in the remainder of the video

FBI shouldn't be touched by cops once they show their license plates or identity. The government should put a big price for doing it so the cops will calm down quite a bit when they have to do a chase job. By showing the license plate and identity should be enough for them to back off because they will understand that they will be in trouble. Potentially losing their job. FBI should be respected as a higher level organization. It makes you feel like tf? that some patrol officers can do this to an FBI agent while on duty.

Anybody can impersonate a federal agent, which is why cops are acting the way they are. It is only for their own safety. FBI is not a "higher" level dept. It's not about rank, it's about jurisdiction. If something falls under federal jurisdiction, then the FBI handles it. The FBI takes command, and whoever the FBI sends is the person that is in charge. If the FBI has no jurisdiction, then the local LEO can tell them to get bent.

Here in Serbia feds are in complete control of police, they can inprson regulal cops, traffic police or K9 unit just by a look or word to superviser. UKP/SBPOK/VTK/SAJ/BIA VBA/and more are same as FBI/ATF/HSS/DEA/CIA/NSA (BIA is just like CIA while UKP is exactly like FBI in America) they have maany maany rights over here, i cannot image regular detective being detaind, after one hour whole police squad would be discharged 😅
