On July 10, 2023, a Portage County Sheriff’s deputy initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle that was speeding in Whiting, WI. The vehicle also had an expired registration, a faulty passenger side brake lamp, and a notably cracked windshield. The driver, previously cited 30 times for driving without a license since 2007, has now confronted fines exceeding $5,000.

she's going for the guinness world records for most tickets. i also LOVE that she and the cop are both aware she went viral in a previous traffic stop video. gives me hope that the people will eventually see themselves in these videos and how immature they're acting can learn from it. for people who can either sympathize or empathize even with getting behind with traffic tickets, be reminded that she was speeding and not wearing a seatbelt on top of the myriad of other issues with her vehicle and driving status. you can sort of excuse the lamp being broken and such because maybe she can't afford it, but there's no reason to speed and not wear your seatbelt when you're already in the hole. that is just a blatant disregard for the law and consequences. lastly, bravo to this cop. i don't think he could have been ANY nicer to her and not gotten fired.

IF she can't afford it, she shouldn't be driving. She shouldn't be driving anyhow because she does not have a valid license and all this lazy officer did was encourage her bad behavior. He even says flat out I'm going to let you off the hook despite fearing that his superivsor will call him up on the carpet. I feel like if I was pulled over for going 40 in a 25, on an expired tag, with a revoked license (that I'm not carrying), no insurance, no front tag, multiple unpaid prior citations, a broken tail light, a cracked windshield, an overworked donut, and not wearing a seatbelt, I wouldn't be sent off with a light lecture, a couple new tickets, and a slap on the wrist. The fact the cop let her drive off without a license in that cobbled-together vehicle is mind-blowing.

She's a repeat offender, that makes it even worse! She still doesn't understand by now that she shouldn't literally double the speed limit with no insurance, in a car that isn't road worthy with no seat belt on? Give me a break. He could have, and SHOULD have explained that to her yet again and given her the appropriate tickets. Never mind the fact that this is all things you have to know to even get a license in the first place but okay. Thats cute until she plows your kids over. I love how she never once apologized for the actual infractions -- all she did was externalize the blame. "Oh thank you officer for being the only one to explain things to me". "Everyones coming down on me." "Im a single mom." Its embarrassing.

she’s clearly under a lot of financial stress ontop of family issues and being a good parent is more stress than most imagine. it’s easy to feel like the world is against you and there’s nothing you can do about it, having this officer take the time to explain things aswell as mentioning simple things like the seatbelt/speed that are in her control, it can go a LONG way and lead to improvement aswell as just his general kindness of wanting to help her understand

The state and local agencies that continue to allow her to drive off need to be held liable if/when she hurts or kills someone in an accident.

ive learned if im gonna be in WI for awhile i should harass and abuse police officers upon a traffic stop. literally nothing bad has happened to this insufferable waste of life nicole so if im not treated the same way after i disrespect and abuse some cops ima claim unfair treatment and reference her entire history of run ins with law enforcement.

She should be locked up or her vehicle seized and sold to cover her tickets. OBVIOUSLY she's lost the privilege to drive.
