@@farzana6676 Sooo, why is he lending her the car, surely he must know she has no license. Here, the owner gets a 360 dollar fine if he/she loans the car to someone that is not allowed to drive. The law actually states that you as the owner must check if anyone that borrows your car has a valid license. Only way to not get fined is if you can prove you loaned the car to someone that has a license and they loaned it out to someone that did not or if you claim the car was taken without concent. In the first case, the person you loaned the car to will then get the 360 $ fine and in the second case, the loaner will be slapped with a theft of motor vehicle charge.

@@JohnDoe-bd5sz Which State are you in? In the beginning of the video it says the vehicle is registered to 29 year old Ashley Stalsburg. It means the car is in her name. Dad probably bought her the car when she was still a good girl.

@JohnDoe-bd5sz Жыл бұрын
@@farzana6676 Oh, if its her car depending on the circumstances it will either be seized and sold if this is her third offence and if not, she will get it back, but get a large fine for driving without a license. First time is a fine of above 1000 USD, next time it is more expensive and if you continue it will be jail. Also third time the car is taken away. To supplement, if a car is registered to someone that does not have a license, the car will be active in the ANPR database as "Owner of car has no license" and the car is liable to be stopped every time they pass an ANPR equipped policecar. My dad was registered on my parents car, but unfortunately he had a blood clot in his brain and one arm and leg does not work so we ended up putting the car in my mothers name, because they offcourse took his license and if we had done nothing my mother would have been stopped because of it.

I've been stopped numerous times in the last 25 yrs with an uninsured vehicle and the cops towed my car away even though I requested that they allow me to call my own tow truck and they always refused. The court lets everyone out on a signature bond. Then when you violate the bond, they give you a bail-jumping charge that the court always drops. She fled at speeds that could have killed someone and will be released within 24 hours. What a complete joke.

Judges have restrictions on that kind of thing. They are bound to set bail or a signature bond based on the defendant's likelihood to show up for trial. I see tons of people on here basically begging to be pulled over and then fleeing, but he basically just pulled her over because he knew they were looking for her and was pretty sure it was her. He was just using the speeding for extra justification. (If you are ever pulled over doing "regular speeds" of 60 in a 55, 30 in a 25, etc never admit to it. Cops will often say you were going a little faster, than you really were, so people go "Nuh uh! Watch some of the licensed attorneys who have YT channels, AKA Law Tube, and you’ll see the logic (and law) behind it. However, if she had a significant record (again seek Law Tube for info), she likely wouldn’t have been. Also, every state has different laws pertaining to bond/bail. Southern Law did a deep dive into bonds in Wisconsin (where this video takes place) during the Darrell Brooks trial. Wisconsin, at the time, had lax statutes, meaning only two, and one of those was for highly specific instances, which even DB didn’t initially merit. WI has since, I think, passed a law making bonds a little stricter. It may not have been enacted when this video happened.

It’s amazing how many people give themselves away by acting suspicious. My uncle who’s a retired cop has said that he never gave a single seat belt ticket to someone who he observed not wearing one. Cops are too preoccupied to notice whether every single car they pass by has their seat belt on. He said every single time he stopped someone for a seatbelt, it was because he saw them panic and put it on. Every single open container ticket he gave was because the person would immediately try and put the drink down after they saw him. He wouldn’t have even been able to tell it was alcohol if they didn’t act suspicious! He said a good chunk of people he got on outstanding warrants would immediately pull into a random side road as soon as they saw him behind them. Life tip, cops see you before you see them. If you have something to hide and you see one, it’s already too late, so just act normal and hope they don’t notice.

I start to have the impression that this lady may also suffer from "panic attacks", because she is very irrational, and she is afraid of the cops almost for no reason, the cop speaks in a normal manner, that she didn't realize. "panic attacks" are uncontrollable feelings that may not have a specific reason. ....similar to anxiety, but it's not a mental illness. It's just a disorder that can be treated easily with therapy. If she is also addicted to drugs, the drugs will not help her probably. If she goes to therapy or rehab they probably may help her. But also she seems a bit selfish as well. if she will practice proper habits, her panic may stop and especially she has to practice empathy and compassion for other people, to listen to what they say. Years ago there was a cop on the tv show Dr. Phil who suffered from panic attacks and severe high anxiety and he was completely unable to do his job. His wife witnessed his panic attacks. also on youtube is a video where they arrested a driver/ mother and teacher, she also got a panic attack during arrest, therefore she didn't listen to the commands properly. And the lawyers were talking about the situation on tv news. A long time ago they explained on tv, that "panic attacks" may happen even in calm situations, sitting on a bus, and that they may occur in the calmest situations, therefore people have a problem understanding panic attacks, and ...or realizing that person may have a panic attack because it happens in calm situations as well...it's actually not an illness but just a disorder. It may happen to people who experienced trauma in childhood or in some situations and they didn't resolve the issues. But I would expect PTSD or "panic attacks" from soldiers or people who have hard jobs. If she is lazy, then there is a big possibility that her "panic mode" will continue, because laziness causes low self-esteem.
