Just like you do with players, you should do with NBA teams in the past i.e. the 2012 Lakers, or the 05-06 Sixers when they had AI and Chris Webber. Another team that comes to mind is the mid 2000's Knicks or even the early 2000's Clippers team that had all that young talent but just couldn't put it together.
