2nd one - The guy isnt using duck tape, it's called 'Speed tape' and is an aluminium pressure-sensitive tape used to perform minor repairs on aircraft and racing cars. It is used as a temporary repair material until a more permanent repair can be carried out. Being that it's only used for minor repairs it also means it's FAA approved, so honestly if you see them fixing such then it means they have become aware of something that needs to be addressed. OF course if you see a wing covered in the stuff, then you worry because it shows they are just patching up and not correcting the issue.

*These are some terrifying moments! It's hard to imagine how stressful it must have been for everyone involved. Thankfully, most of these situations turned out okay in the end, but definitely a reminder of how unpredictable air travel can be*

Yet its still the safest mode of transportation around.
@LunaryxDiarmait5 сағат бұрын
@@RyanthusarTo be fair, trains are still the safest, but are extremely limited to where you can go. That's why people don't consider them when talking about transportation safety.

I need to know on that AA front landing gear because it ain't that simple given the pressure they face when landing so i find it hard to believe one popping off that easily. I need to know a hell of a lot more. Also nothing wrong having your photo taken in the engine which you've already covered on a previous vid were you used the same clip.

Last time I flew we were landing in Atlanta and a thunderstorm was rolling in and it was the most afraid I've ever been. The plane landed so crooked that the wing scraped the runway on one side. After we stopped everyone clapped and yelled. I was done after that. I'm never flying ever again.

@ 8:19 As a retired CFI and Check Examiner, it’s this action that really irritates me. Unprofessional and irresponsible. People are anxious enough especially when trying to relax or sleep ! Screwing around ends up in too many ‘incident’ or accident analyses.
