I don't recall Lewis ever talking about narcissists, who suffer from a mental disorder which they did not choose to have. We need to be freed from the sinful tendencies within ourselves, not to blame others for issues we cannot judge.

This video states that forgiveness sets you free, that is in no way, shape, or form true. Not forgiving an evil person and/or action is actually showing respect for yourself. It also shows that personal boundaries are important and should be practiced whenever you are hit with it. You will walk away knowing you stood up for yourself and respected your values.
